Well, I can't ascertain, from the HTML, what my be causing the background
to not load. My presumption would be that either it is not in the path
specified in the HTML page, or there is an issue of "case", where, such as
on a UNIX server, "Calmaps" does not equate to "calmaps", and "cabgmap.gif"
is not the same as "cabgmap.GIF". It tried several iterations with
Netscape, trying to load just the GIF file from that path, and was unable
to find it.

I did notice a couple other things that bear mentioning.

Though I'm sure your intent is to impart import to the Travel Advisory, by
making such a large block of body copy all uppercase, you render it
virtually unreadable. Most people, rather than perceiving it as important,
will just skip it. I would highly recommend changing it to normal upper and
lower case.

Also, I'm rather confused at PageMill's insistance on constantly modifying
the BASEFONT size. That's something that is typically set at the beginning
of the file, only (right under the BODY line), and then, throughout the
file, codes are inserted to effect font changes only where the desired font
differs from the BASEFONT setting.

And last, the "dynemail.gif" file is around 14K! Just for a little animated
envelope that adds almost nothing to the page. Forcing people, particularly
28.8'ers and 14.4'ers to download this file is borderline crinimal. Yeah,
it's cute, but it would be a whole lot better to invest that download
overhead in something that is more pertinent to the message of the site. My
two cents...
