No, Eric, it's not operator error. There's been extensive (read
"exhaustive") discussion of this in the Fireworks news group. In this beta
release, the only rollover functions that are operational are the up state
and the over state. The "down" and "on-click" states are not yet
operational. It's not a bug--it's just not to that stage of development yet.
