Hi-

Good luck on the 800K, but for small size i have found 2.

Opera 3: ( about 1.5MB expanded, win95 and win3.1,
customize each tag viewing, zooming, ftp, usenet, send
email, more. Interface is a little hard to get used to,
but not to bad.)

1X: (in alpha testing, this is also about 1.5MB, win95, so
simple, not much on the customizing, ftp, send email,
very standard interface. my preference.)

wait, i just found another one, 400K download, don't have
time to try it out, but you could let us know.

Let me know what else you come up with.
