Hi folks:

I have learned to use photoshop to do things like background, buttons
and banner.  But for some reason, whenever I put text on a button, the
text are not sharp-edged unless viewed at 50%.  What I usually do is
first create a block of color, then add a layer with text and flatten
the image.  I then save the psd file and create a gif file.  Am I doing
something wrong?  How can I make the text very sharp like everybody else
is doing?
