Changing colours of an animated gif

Hi there,

Not sure if this is at all possible. You guys, will I am sure tell me yay or
nay.

I have an email scroll on my website and I am wanting to change the colours
of it to match another page I am working on. Is it possible or would I need
to have all the animation steps to do it?
