What you probably have is UUencoded attachments. Uuencoded files are often
split up into several parts, which must be recombined and then decoded. To
decode a Uuencoded file you need to use a program such as Wincode(windows)
or Stuffit Expander(mac). After installing the decoder, you combine the
parts into a single file by copy/paste, then decode the entire file.
Another solution is to request that the sender change the encoding method
and send the files to you again.
Hope this helps!
