Paint Shop Pro does all that the other programs do, but it is seen 
as "unprofessional" due to its price tag.  There are some strengths 
to PS over PSP and vice versa, but I feel that both programs are 
quite "professional".  You can send the files in photoshop format if 
they prefer it.  PSP does support the photoshop extentions.
