The problem here isn't with the shippers, unless you count not adjusting
the machines appropriately before they ship to be the problem.

Win 95/98 is set by default to work on the minimum requirements. That means
640x480x256c, which EVERY video card supports. (well, there may be a few
monochrome holdouts out there somewhere, but I haven't seen them.)
