Lots of colors in that image.  JPG should look fine if you save it as a
high quality jpg (not sure if Paint Shop Pro 5.0 has the option to save
different quality jpeg's).  GIF only uses 256 colors so it's not going to
look perfect and it'll have pixelation.  I'd use jpeg since the files would
be smaller and you can control data loss (at least using Photoshop).
