Not sure what you're looking for but I'll provide some shameless self
promotion and another recommendation. 

If you need animations, try my company, www.stockobjects.com. Conceptual,
business oriented animations great for presentations and sites. We have
stuff for free and for sale.

Also, Arttoday (www.arttoday.com) has a large selection of all kinds of
graphics from buttons to illustrations. 

ScreamDesign (www.screamdesign.com) is community oriented with a lot of
different kinds of graphics resources, links to libraries as well as
tutorials and tips.
