Hi Sian,
A quick look at the source code shows it's done with JavaScript using
mouseOvers for image swaps. This is pretty easy once you get the hang of
it as you're just exchanging one image for another when you pass the mouse
over it.
Take a look through the files at www.javascriptsource.com. You should be
able to find a script for this type of technique there.
