I mean the second one. The first one is invalid HTML as alt is not a=20
"standalone" attribute like checked or selected in input and option form=20
tags. It needs the equal sign and the empty quotes. Btw, leaving out the=
=20
ALT attribute altogether is also wrong (though perfectly valid) in all=20
circumstances. ALT attributes are required by the ADA and are a=20
requirement for accessibility in the Web Accessibility Initiative=20
Guidelines (http://www.w3.org/WAI/) as well. They are very easy to add and=
=20
really help users that use non-graphical browsers or special user agents=20
like text to speech or braille readers and others.
