Moving Reflection in Photoshop

I want to create a moving reflection (a metallic glint) on a site similar 
to that at:

www.seaproboats.com

though a bit more subdued.

Does anyone know of  tutorial or action that covers how to do this easily? 
I'm sure I could do it by brute force, but would prefer otherwise.
