IMHO Super Whammy software is nice, but "Give a man a fish and you feed him
for a day. Teach him to fish and he feeds himself for his lifetime."
To make a file load faster you could make everyone buy better bandwidth or you
make your file size smaller (so everyone can still use what little bandwidth
they have).
Common ways to reduce file size is to make the image physically smaller
(height & width), reduce color depth (number of colors) and an increase in
compression.
I didn't talk about "how," but if you use the above principals you can reduce
the file size what ever the software may be.
I hope this helps,
