Font embedding

Would someone who know a little about font embedding pease tell me why my
script in the <head> isn't working.  The page to go to is:  

http://207.120.227.14/page5.html

I have the URL pointing to the correct folder on my server, but still the page
does not load with the correct font.  Why is this?
