When it comes to graphics there are very few formats that are are natively
'mac' or 'pc.'  As long as you have photoshop or a similar program (for mac
OR pc) you can still open any graphics image. The only problem I can imagine
you having is if the disc the files are on is a Mac formatted disk. If
that's the case, you either need to copy them to a PC formatted disc on a
mac or have software on your pc that will let you open Mac formatted disks.
If the disk is pc formatted, though, just copy them to your computer and off
you go, just like any other graphic you'd work with.
