Sorry for the multiple messages re: ordered lists. My mail server
(Artisoft Xtramail) kept sending me mail delivery failure messages,
so I tried sending a number of times. Guess things are getting
through anyway.
Thanks for all the responses. I've managed to get my document
properly formatted now.
