 I had a quick look and found two programs. 2JPG, and 2GIF (both shareware
and almost free.. am i alowed to mention shareware and free? or is that
naughty on this list? its 19 of the most well known denomination :P). you
can edit images (limited) and can do batch processing, either from within
the program, or via the command prompt. so, you can use a batch file (doing
alot with it). anyways..... i hope they are what you were looking for.

I've read through the archive and see there are many ways to create
thumbnails.  My problem with the solutions I've read about is that I
need to create the thumbnails dynamically.  We ahve a site where people
will be uploading images to us and upon completion, I want to generate
thumbnails that I display back to them.. Most of the thumbnail answers
involved manually creating them.  Does anyone know of a utility I can
call from the command line to generate them?  The site is hosted on a
WinNT server.
