	Toyin,

	Paint Shop Pro saves the image as transparent when you set the
background color as transparent.

	Microsoft Photo Editor can select the color to be set as
transparent (not only the background).

	Adobe Page Mill has a module that allows you to set
transparency.

	I think that most of the graphical programs do this task.
