Images viewed in IE vs. Netscape

Please take a look at http://www.harris.com/harris/index-external.html in IE and
Netscape.  Can anyone explain why Netscape shows this page perfectly, no
blurring of "Semiconductor" and no color differences in background.  However
when you view it in IE or good ole AOL (ugh), which we know if a cousin of IE,
the images are awful!  I'm completely stumped, and don't want to create this
problem again.
