Thanks for looking at my problem...I don't think that's the answer because
you can still see the background image, it's just the colour that's wrong.
Also, the individual pages look fine outside of the frameset. I'll keep
looking....

You asked about gaps in tables: have you set BORDER (in the <TABLE> tag) to
zero? If so and you still get gaps, sometimes NC puts gaps in tables if the
ALIGN values of individual cells are different. Hope this helps.
