SHRINKING GRAPHICS

Hello Everyone,

I would like to thank everyone for their suggestions on how to SHRINK the size
of my graphic files... I have been trying almost all of them...

BUT, there is always a but, unfortunately, I don't know how to reduce the
number of colors using PSP 4.12.    Can Anyone help with this.
