Also remember that if you are resizing a gif, you have to change the MODE back
to RGB before you resize it, or else it wont anti-alias and it will look
choppy.  Once you have resized it, you can go to FILE>EXPORT and export it as
a gif again.

In PSP, you have to do the same thing, though it's slightly different.  For
PSP 5, you have to go to COLORS>INCREASE COLOR DEPTH and make sure it's on the
highest color setting or else it will look choppy when it's resized.  If
you're using  PSP 4, then you have to go to IMAGE>RESAMPLE and resize it that
way.   (Make sure you have "Maintain aspect ratio checked)  If RESAMPLE is
geryed out (meaning it's not an active option) then you have your color
setting too low, and have to increase it to the highest color setting.
