AOL Display problem

I have created a home page for my company http://www.harris.com.
The page displays great in Netscape 3 and higher, and IE 3 and higher.
However, in AOL (which I understand uses a version of IE for its browser),
the bottom right of the image is blurred. Can anyone explain why this might
happen?
I used PhotoShop 4.0 to created this from a .tiff file, and saved each section
as .jpg
