I would recommend Ben Willmore's Adobe Photoshop 6.0 Studio Techniques if
you can get your hands on it.  His book by the same title for 5.0 is
fantastic and is the material upon which he bases his 3-day seminar.  He
explains things in common language using understandable analogies for what
Photoshop does.  What I learned from him and his book greatly enhanced my
Photoshop skills.  You might also check out his web-site at
www.digitalmastery.com where he offers tips and techniques, and a monthly
newsletter thingy.

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good book for learning to use Photoshop 5.5?  I have
basic knowledge of the program, but I would like to learn some more indepth
stuff, especially as applied to web graphics.
