I ran across a program called "SnagIt" that is GREAT at capturing
screens.  What makes it the best so far is that it has an "autoscroll"
feature that will, you guessed it, actually capture the ENTIRE window,
even if it is too big to fit on the screen.  I used it to capture a 10
page document just to test, and it didn't have any problems whatsoever.
(Other than the fact that my HD was swapping like crazy with the 20 meg
clipboard ;) The test was on Netscape 3.01, and I haven't tried anything
other than a web browser, but it seems to be a great little tool.

As for capturing frames, that is a little harder to do (IE you need a
capture for each frame  to get the whole thing)
