I'm sorry, but recent events here prompt me to ask: downloaded it from where?

Note that an old movie file may be marked as an old movie, and so may not
be able to take advantage of new features. It also may be that different
properties were chosen for the image during its publishing. Might also be
resizing... could be a couple of ways to achieve that symptom.
