Thank you all who were so kind to reply.
Now I know which course I should proceed.

And I feel that I must tell everybody in this list that 
I'm sorry that I got confused, and posted a non-Web-related 
topic here.  As a matter of fact, it was right after I posted 
my first message when I realized this.  
I guess many must have felt that it didn't belong here.
