I am signing out both PG #42, hyde10.txt and #43, hydea10.txt. The first
e-text is the version with page numbers, the second does not have page
numbers. Since it is the same book. It might be easier to work on both at
once.

THE PAGE NUMBER PROBLEM
A further note on the page numbers in hyde10 txt. To encode these original
page numbers properly the element enclosing them would have to be an inline
element inside a paragraph, since they break some paragraphs in the middle.
In a style sheet it could be displayed as a block element. The page element
in the bookfrag DTD does not do this. It is a block element that can be
placed between complete paragraphs, but not inside.

To put them in with the current DTD I would have to encode the first part of
the paragraph as <para>, then close the incomplete paragraph, then insert
<page> and then finish the original paragraph in another <para> element.
This way it would display as in the original e-text.
