Love and Friendship, by Jane Austen #1212

darwin.css (probably needs a different style sheet, bur darwin 'works'
Validated using MSXML
Note this was a compound document,and was the most difficult I have ever
marked up! Took me 3 hours to validate it!! It also contains part of a play,
that is not handled well by gutbook
Lots of letters, I introduced a letter module into the DTD. This probably
needs to be formalized before we 'ossify the DTD.
