Cannot view XML in Netscape?

Why can't I view HWG's .XML pages in Netscape Communicator 4.5? I am able
to view .XML pages from other sites, for example, InfoWorld
<www.infoworld.com> uses XML extensively. But the HWG-Project Gutenberg XML
pages display as source code.
