We are looking to fill this position immediately for a new project we are
starting.  The position is located in Boston, MA.

Software Engineer - "Front end tool" specialist:
We need a front-end tool specialist for a new data warehouse in which we
will load data from our OLTP systems and from outside sources to create a
high-value data warehouse for our customers to get access to their historic
and trend data and to create industry benchmarks for operational and trading
effectiveness. This is a new business initiative and is structured as a
small entrepreneurial unit within ESG, in which business and technical people
work together closely.  As a "startup" group, we will need everyone to be
flexible enough to contribute to multiple system components. 

We will be purchasing a front end reporting/ OLAP tool, probably from a
major vendor.  We will train our team member, who will work with the vendor
and with in-house resources to create our "branded" user interface, insure
over-the-web security, code custom components in the vendor's scripting
language, create administrative screens. As the product is deployed to
customers, troubleshoot problems and visit clients.

Moderate SQL experience, Web experience (HTML, JavaScript, Perl), some
knowledge of OLAP, Unix, NT.   BS Computer science or MIS, minimum 3 years
experience.
