Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ area mandatory.

Course Developers 

This position requires both instructional writing skills and concept 
creativity. Courseware Developers work closely with the WBT Product 
Development Team and have full responsibility for the content creation and 
storyboarding of all facets of interactive products. Assess existing text 
and/or write text outlined by Instructional Designer for technology-based 
training courses. Assure that courses are in proper format for training 
engine. Use assembly tools and create new courses. Create visual concepts 
and produce storyboards that direct graphics / animation / video specialists 
in construction of finished product. Develop interactive exercises. 
Implement pre- and post-tests. Coordinate subject matter reviews and 
revisions. Work with audio staff. Proof final product. 

Must have solid experience in courseware development for both traditional 
and WBT/distance learning applications with emphasis on Technical 
Instruction/Education. Strong problem solving, decision making and customer 
service skills required. Must be able to define quality processes and 
develop strong project management tools to ensure on time delivery. 
Knowledge of HTML required. Undergraduate degree with (preferred) a 
concentration in Adult Learning, Curriculum Development, Educational 
Technology, or equivalent experience preferred. 

Manager of Interactive Development 

Hands-on manager needed to lead interactive curriculum development teams to 
success. We are looking for individuals who have done the following: 
* Developed interactive multimedia projects using various delivery 
technologies. 
* Managed at least 10 people, in an interactive development 
environment for 2 years or more. 
* Conducted various front-end analyses, including performance gap 
analysis, audience analysis, task analysis, and needs analysis. 
* Written technical documents such as "how to" manuals, software 
documentation, etc. 
* Gained a basic understanding of graphics/animation development using 
such tools as PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, etc. 
* Motivated team members to produce the best quality products in a 
timely manner. 
* Worked extensively with clients, including scoping projects, writing 
proposals, making sales demonstrations, closing deals, working with subject 
matter experts, delivering milestone products, conducting end-user testing, 
and making final deliveries. 
* Established quality standards and processes to achieve efficient 
production while maintaining high level of quality. 
* Trained others on the use of quality standards and processes. 
* Delivered projects on-time, on budget, and while meeting or 
exceeding client expectations. 
* Hired new team members. 
Preferred: Graduate degree (or equivalent) in instructional technology, 
adult learning, or related field.
