-Job: Entry Level Web Developer 
-Location - Old Town Alexandria, VA, USA 
-This is a Full-Time, On-Site position 
-U.S. citizenship or permission to work in the USA 
necessary

Envista, a small but growing new media company is 
hiring a web developer who has solid, but not 
necessarily advanced skills. This is a full-time, 
on-site position only. Applicant should be already 
able to work in the USA.

Located near the metro in Old Town Alexandria, VA,

Entry-level Web Developer 
Position requires: 
- Strong HTML skills 
- Javascript (enough to do roll-overs and 
troubleshoot) 
- cgi/perl (must understand and be able to write basic 
form scripts and understand enough to learn as you go) 
- Photoshop and/or Imageready (should understand web 
graphic production standards)

Perfect candidate will be experienced creating web 
pages and have the desire to expand programming 
skills. Ability to learn quickly and on your own when 
given the time is a bonus. Small firm environment 
requires variety of duties and challenges. Some 
interaction with clients required. Strong organization 
required to maintain neat and usable web sites. 

Tasks will include: 
- Build original websites from designer's 
specifications 
- Maintaining current client sites (regular updates, 
log reports, link analysis, troubleshoot) 
- Option to do some graphic design 
- Troubleshoot office equipment 
- Recomend software 
- Stay up to date with latest technologies

We are a mac house with one Windows NT machine 
available if needed.We do not allow the use of 
FrontPage or other WYSIWYG HTML editors -- only allow 
BBEDIT, Homesite, Simpletext, Notepad, or similar.
