Web Producer

Job Description: 
Responsibilities include generation and maintaining the content and look of 
the entire site. 
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of build masters and graphic designers 
to achieve aggressive goals for full website deployments essential. Ability 
to work with engineers to integrate generated content into the dynamic web 
site. Experience in developing solutions for cross browser compatibility and 
an in depth understanding of client side scripting technologies is required. 
This position will report to the Director of Engineering.
Requirements are as follows:
- 4+ years in producing entire content of dynamic websites 
- Experience in design of various elements of the dynamic web sites 
- Knowledge of usability issues 
- Knowledge of build processes a strong plus 
- Background in writing for user focus 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
- Experience in planning and executing on a website


Build Master 
------------ 
Number of Currently Open Positions: 1 
Job Description: 
This position is responsible for transforming concepts and ideas into a 
production quality Dynamic HTML code. Responsibilities include designing the 
appropriate graphic elements to complete the HTML design, coding of tight 
HTML and designing a graceful degradation of functionality with the browser 
version. A Strong knowledge of cross browser and cross platform issues is 
essential. This position reports to the Producer.
Requirements as follows: 
- 3+ years Dynamic HTML construction experience 
- Strong understanding of HTML 
- Javascript and JScript 
- Cross Browser compatibility issues 
- Knowledge of color issues 
- Photoshop and other web graphics tools 
- Knowledge of template based HTML construction
