Software Project Lead - Project: Prime Time Analytics product. 
This product helps analyze the performance and quality of call centers.

Required skills: 

* Bachelor's degree in CS, EE or equivalent 
* A minimum of 4 years experience (prefer 6) 
* Designed and developed at least one successful commercial application 
* Self motivated 
* Excellent communication skills 
* Excellent peoples skills 
* Experienced in design of database applications (Oracle, SQLServer etc.) 
* Experience with Object Oriented design and methodologies 
* Experience with HTML, Java 
* Interest in and good knowledge of user interfaces and look-and-feel design 


Preferred skills: 

* Experience with XML and DHTML 
* Experience building Web based application 
* Experience with systems such as Siebel, Clarify. 
* Experience with reporting and OLAP systems such as Cognos, Business 
Objects, or Oracle Express. 
* Ability to transform end-user requirements into clean, consistent,
easy-to-understand interfaces 

Responsibilities:

* Work Closely with product marketing to help define and solidify product
requirements 
* Produce product design and implementation plan 
* Build a strong and execution oriented team 
* Be able to work under an aggressive schedule in a startup company

US Citizenship is not mandatory as we will accept an F-1 or H-1 visa transfer.
