We are Express Personnel Services of Oceanside, California, and we are 
seeking a person to fill a full time salaried management position at a 
major North San Diego County company that does not now have a web presence 
but has committed itself to developing and maintaining a first class site. 

The position is Technical Web Architect. He or she will be responsible for 
developing and implementing the overall design from a functional, artistic, 
and technical aspect. This person will hire several in-house programmers 
and a web master as well as undertaking contracts with outside services. 
Candidates for this position should presently live in Southern California.
