I am looking for someone to do a small contract web design job, beginning 
mid-January. The job will be around 6-7 pages, with one page requiring 
animation as well as streaming video. The animation/video films have not 
been shot, and I would look for guidance as to format from whoever is 
awarded the job. All the pages will need to be extremely high quality, but 
the emphasis will be on clarity and simplicity vs. elaborate graphical 
presentations.

It is required that the contractor be located in Southern California, 
preferably Los Angeles.
