Software Development Test Team Lead - Full-time, permanent positon located 
in Phx, AZ (salary DOE) 

Description of Position: 
Manage a team of software test engineers 
Provide leadership and direction of formal test processes 
Schedule and track projects through the software development test process
The Team Lead is a member of the Software Development Test Group. 

That group is responsible for the following: 
Provide system software test plans for all new products. 
To develop and maintain software for automated testing of telephony software 
Perform both manual and automated tests 
Support existing test plans and testware. 
Support other auto-testing needs. 
Continuous software development test process improvement
Education Desired: 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, OR 
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (with emphasis on S/W 
Engineering), OR 
Equivalent.

Minimum Requirements: 
Six years experience in test. 
Two years experience leading other engineers 
Four years programming experience with scripting language 
Programming Experience with C++ 
Experience with UNIX, OS/2, MS-Windows operating systems 
Other Desirable Skills and Experience: 
PERL experience 
MS Access experience 
Telephony experience 
Internet experience 
PC-based Voice Processing experience 
MS-Windows development or testing experience 
Programming experience with Microsoft Test
