Need estimate for adding the following capability to existing web site.
Language/server type is optional:

< I need a program written for my web page that will counterbalance 3
survey instruments...so that 1/3 of my participants get one version (Survey
A then B then C) , 1/3 will get the 2nd version (Survey B, then C then A),
etc. I would like to know how much you'd charge for this. I'd also like
to know how much you'd charge to write a program to send the survey results
(in numerical format) to a statistical analysis program (like SPSS) or
database so that I could analyze my survey data. The respondents will
email their surveys/results to my email address and I'd like all the data
to be placed into SPSS. >
