Position:
Web Development and Support Specialist

Duties:
The Web Development and Support Specialist will serve as the primary
support technician for all district office web applications including 
Netscape Enterprise Server, IIS, Windows NT, SQL, SQL server, MSQL and 
others. This
individual will be responsible for the creation and design of all
internet databases for the District Office. This individual should be
willing to learn and support a proprietary content management system as
well as Blackboard's CourseInfo. Other duties will include, but are not
limited to, researching, making recommendations for, installing and
supporting emerging web technologies on the server side as well as
assisting the web development team as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent
professional experience. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a
thorough understanding of existing and emerging web technologies and a
desire to innovate as part of a dynamic web development/IT team.

Experience in C/C++, digital UNIX a plus. Training skills desired but
not required.

This is a full time, onsite position. Salary commensurate with education
and experience.
