Technical Publications Manager - Concur Human Resources Product
Oakland

Performs technical writing tasks on moderately complex documentation
projects that require effective planning, scheduling, research, and writing.
Write and update technical reference material; write technical documentation
for Concur's Web-based applications and back-office interfaces; manage and
maintain documentation Website; research and write documentation that is
technically accurate and conforms to the company's documentation standards.
Required: Write clear, audience-focused procedural and reference
documentation; 2-3 years experience in a technical writing/documentation
environment in the software or Internet industry; Communicate ideas,
concepts, dates, and issues clearly and appropriately; Edit and proofread
technical materials using standard editing marks; Familiarity with Web and
client/server technologies. (HTML, JavaScript, RDBMS, Webservers, SQL);
Ability to learn quickly with a minimum of training. Desired Skills:
Proficient with standard technical publications software. (Framemaker,
RoboHelp, version control, Acrobat, Photoshop, Visio); Ability to work with
