Competent cgi/perl programmer needed to modify a commerce.cgi - based shopping
cart.  A subroutine needs to be written and incorporated into the order form to
accomodate a surcharge for the customer payment method of credit cards.  This
will be reflected on the Verification page sent back to the customer for
confirmation before the orderform is actually sent and processed.

Date needed:  before October 1, 2000.
