Hello,

Who we are:
We are looking for a talented webmaster for a new Scottish social research=
=20
organisation called IRIS. This is a new organisation and for the first 3 to=
=20
6 months this position is unpaid. Fortunately once the site has been=20
designed there will be little work to do on it until we start our research=
=20
programmes (expected in August 2001). At this point the position will=20
become paid at approx =A318,000 pa.

What we need:
We are looking for someone who has an ability to work on active web pages,=
=20
incorporation of database information, cgi, jscript, and flash would all be=
=20
desirable. However, due to the nature of the business and this positions=20
unpaid initial period we are really looking for someone who has an eye for=
=20
detail and a good design skill. The age of the webmaster must be 16 years=20
old (our law requires this) and will be working from home.

What you get:
Initially our thanks and something to add to your resume. From August this=
=20
position should go to fully-paid =A319k pa. If you live in the Fife area of=
=20
Scotland you will, if you wish, work from our offices, or from home. Also=20
you will, from August, be in charge of an assistant webmaster.

To Apply:
Send us a list of your URLs and some background information about yourself=
=20
such as age, location, and reasons why you wish to join IRIS.

Thank you
