2-Month Gig in NYC =AD Vignette and Weblogic - $$ No Problem

We are looking to hire a consultant for a 2 month engagement who has a good
deal of expertise on Weblogic version 6 - understands clustering and has
worked with the latest version of Vignette with Weblogic and can also build
scripts around these technologies.

Q: What kind of person do you need i.e.. Straight programmer working from
design, programmer with some input to design, project lead type with some
programming, or higher level designer/architect?
A: engineer with programming ability

Q: Any mentoring?
A: YES

Q: How much Weblogic version 6 would you like to see?
A: We do not have this expertise and need someone who does- if the candidate
has a lot of 5x then that will work with some 6.x -weblogic with vignette
and clustering is a requirement as well.

Q: When you say Vignette are you referring to StoryServer from Vignette?
A: Yes version 5.61

Q:How much preferred?
A: Someone who has doen engineering with this product before

Q: Is it correct for me to assume a UNIX platform? Is UNIX strength
preferred?
A: Yes

Q: What type of scripting would you like to see?
A: shell or perl

Q: Is any DB familiarity necessary?
A: not necessary but preferred

Q: What is the actual application?
A: Vignette - building a Portal with several CMA's

Q: Team size? To whom will this person report?
A: An engineer

Q: How important are communication skills?
A: able to speak English

Q: Do you prefer experience in financial industry?
A: not necessary

Q: When would you like to interview?
A: Anytime

Q: Who will interview?
A: The engineers here

Q: Will you be ready to move quickly once you've found the right person?
A: YES

Q: When would you like person to start?
A: ASAP

This position is for a downtown financial firm in New York City.
Hourly rate depends on experience.  There is no hourly cap and my client is
willing to pay whatever it takes to get the right candidate. Are you out
