java question

Hi,


    I know that java is not one of the languages covered here, but I thought
maybe someone has experienced this problem with the compiler.

    I just installed jdk1.2.2, and getting this error that doesn't have
nothing to do with the file, I had even tested with previous files that I
know it works with previous version, but doesn't want to work with this one;
the follow is the error I keep getting to all the files.

>java test
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError.test


   By the way, test file only prints out one line, just for testing.
