Checking if cookies are supported in the browser

Hello,

How do I check if cookies are supported by the visitor's browser using
asp?

Also, I have a form with many variables that redirects to a long and
strange URL that I think may be causing problems with some visitors.
Typically a script redirects with a simple page name (pagename.html) but
my hosting company forces me to use:
https://www.securewebdomain.com/mydomain.com/pagename.html when on the
secure server. Could this be causing some problems with certain
browsers? I cannot replicate the problem myself.
