MAC/NN Pop-up window wont scroll

Greetings group,

I have a problem that has me so stumped, I want to change career.

When using window.open() to pop up a small browser window, Netscape users on
Mac are reporting that "the scrollbars don't work on the pop-up window".

I DID specify scrollbars=1.

When I tested on both of my Macs, there was a brief delay when the page
first loaded that the scrollbars did not work. But, then the page sort of
refreshed and they worked.

Has anybody ever seen anything like this?

Anybody who can help me will have outrageously good luck for the rest of
his/her life.
