[OT] Any good resources for C, C++

Hi,

I apologize for being a little OT, still it concerns languages, so here
goes.

Why is it that there aren't as many websites, mailing list and NGs for 'C'.
C++ fares better, but still I don't see as many sites for C & C++ as there
are for Java, JavaScript, ASP & Perl.

I'd like a few good urls, mailing lists & NewsGroups, if you happen to know
of them.
