site check - slow loading?

Hello,

I am having periodic issues with customers on this site I designed (in
particular when clicking on any "purchase this service" link such as the one
here):

http://www.ontariobusinesscentral.ca/forms/biz-articlescorp.asp#purchase

The complaint is that it's slow loading and times out quite a bit. I have a
suspicion that it may be during the redirection to the secure server but my
host's tech support says they have no issues with this. There is a little
bit of asp code (accessing an access 2000 DB) and a redirect but its only a
few lines and I can't see this making a major difference. Can anyone,
particularly those with a dial up connection, test this and let me know if
any time out issues occur? Its only in the initial loading and not the
remainder of the checkout process.
